Well, there are millions of running blogs here around, just why another one?
Because I think that everyone should have his unique interpretation of running and this blog is about my own.
First of all: I’m not a professional runner. I’ve started to approach running about 3 years ago, as marginal part of the Freeletics program (I will share some information on this program on futher articles). I was obese (20kg’s overweight) and I managed to get fit in 1 year. And after this, I’ve discovered that without a 20kg makeweight, the speed has increased. 🙂

I really don’t know why, but I decided to run. I was aware that what I’ve done before wasn’t running (and probably nor what I’m doing nowadays)… I started focusing on my techinque (it was very painful for weeks!), and then I started to push. At 38. Professional runners are considered “old” at 38: for me it was the start.
This blog is about my experience as “old starter”. Be aware that most of things that I am doing are crazy/fool/extreme – and probably there are no doctors supporting my way. So read this blog carefully – I’m just sharing my experience but I will never suggest you to do the same.
Happy reading!
